General conditions
 
NB: Tariff "Excluding" for boaters pay a fee for housing in Paris.

1 / - In case of exceeding width for a given category, the category will be the one corresponding to the effective width of the boat.

2 / - Boaters must occupancy annual leave the river system of the city of Paris with their boat at least 21 days per year including 7 consecutive days between June 1 and September 30. For vessels of less than 8 m (categories A & A '), 30 days of release (a minimum of a half-day) are required. Failure to comply with these provisions, FAYOLLE MARINE apply a penalty equal to 25% of the amount of the annual fee for the class of the ship. In case of recidivism, found after the second year, no annual contract will be awarded for five years.

3 / - It is stated that the monthly agreements concern only the period from September 1 to May 31 and will not be renewed more than 8 times.
